What we do is to assign two different destinations for two different packs of information regarding your reservation information as well as your credit card information.

The first part goes to one server and the second to another completely different server and it is picked up immediately, as we check the mail inbox in both accounts, several times a day.  The servers and conections are not secure servers but works fine for this purposes, making it extremely difficult for any hackkers to track the information.  Nevertheless it is used under your sole responsibility.
