San Jorge Hotel & Reservations Policies
Please read carefully and completely
1) The San Jorge Hotel’s administration reserves the right to accept or deny any reservation for any reason we understand necessary without any further explanation.
3) No reservation will be made without a credit card number.
4) Credit card will not be billed before customer arrives and checks in at the hotel.
5) Once at the hotel, the customer will be charged for the entire expected stay at the hotel
in advance.6) All cancellations must be made at least 24 hour before the proposed arrival date.
7) No cancellations will be acepted within the 24 hours period previous to the expected arrival time and date unless an acceptance and aproval of such cancellation is stated in written by the San Jorge Hotel’s Manager.
8) The San Jorge Hotel management reserves the right and discretion to decide over possible complete or partial refunds or credits for cancellations within the 24 hour period of the arrival time and date, and/or changes on departure times and dates, prior to projected times for it.
9) If a customer fails to appear at the San Jorge Hotel on expected date and time, the San Jorge management reserves the right to charge for one night or the complete reserved stay.
10) If a customer decides to stay longer than expected, the San Jorge Hotel’s management reserves the right to change the customer from its original room or rooms to another as they understand necessary to comply with any other customer that has reserved such rooms for those dates and charge additional ammount of money, if necessary, as per the price of the newly assigned rooms.
11) The San Jorge Hotel management reserves the right to re-assign the rooms or re-accomodate the customers at it’s discretion in order to accomodate all guests in the hotel, prior to the arrival of any reserved guest.
12) Since the San Jorge Hotel
does not count with a secure server yet, for the Credit Card transactions, it is using a system that has proven to be safe enough to handle such transactions. Nevertheless the customer aknowledges that it is it’s solely resposibility for using such system and acknowledges that has been forwarned that the Hotel San Jorge or it’s administrative personel, employees or owners will not be held responsible for any missuse of information, such as credit card, addresses, phone numbers, etc. by parties external to the San Jorge’s hotel administration, employees or owners, and agrees to use such services at their own risk.13) All payments should be made in
US dollars only and no other currency will be accepted.14) All payments by manager’s check or money order should be made in US Dollars only
to the name of Hotel San Jorge exclusively, and not to any individuals name.15) By making any reservation and or using any of the proposed methods for reserving/ making payments, the customer accepts all terms above described.
16) Any credit card or bank fraud will be notified to the corresponding authorities and prosecuted with all the strenght of the law.
Condiciones del Hotel y las Reservaciones
1) La administracion del Hotel San Jorge se reserva el derecho de aceptar o declinar cualquier reservacion, por cualquier razon que considere necesaria, sin la necesidad de dar mayores explicaciones.
3) No se haran reservaciones sin un numero de tarjeta de credito.
4) No se haran cargos algunos a la tarjeta de credito hasta el momento en que el cliente llegue al hotel, a menos que el cliente falle en llegar al hotel a la hora y fecha convenida y sin previo aviso.
5) Una vez el cliente este en el hotel se hará el cargo por la estadía completa proyectada, por adelantado.
6) Toda cancelacion deberá hacerse con un minimo de antelacion de 24 horas previo a la hora y fecha de llegada.
7) Ninguna cancelacion sera aceptada dentro del periodo de 24 hora previo a la hora de llegada prevista al Hotel San Jorge, sin la debida autorizacion escrita del Administrador del hotel.
8) La administracion del Hotel San Jorge se reserva el derecho de aplicar cargos parciales o completos, devoluciones y/o creditos parciales o completos a discresion por cancelaciones dentro del periodo de 24 horas previos a la hora y fecha de la llegada proyectada al hotel.
9) Si un cliente falla en llegar al hotel a la hora y/o fecha prevista, el Hotel San Jorge se reserva el derecho de hacer cargos por una (1) noche o la estadía completa a discresión.
10) Si un cliente decide quedarse mas tiempo que el projectado, el Hotel San Jorge se reserva el derecho de cambiar al cliente de sus habitaciones originales a algun otro que considere necesario para poder acomodar y cumplir con clientes que pudieran tener reservaciobnes previas para las habitaciones en cuestion y de hacer cargos adicionales, de ser necesario, segun el precio de las nuevas habitaciones asignadas.
11) El Hotel San Jorge se reserva el derecho de reasignar habitaciones, previo a la llegada de los clientes, de ser esto necesario para lograr acomodar a todos los clientes que puedan llegar al hotel, previo al arribo de los clientes que hallan reservado habitaciones.
12) Dado que el Hotel San Jorge Hotel
no cuenta con un servidor seguro aun, para las transacciones comerciales con tarjetas de credito, ha diseñado un sistema que ha probado ser efectivo y seguro para estos propositos. Sin embargo, el cliente acepta y reconoce que es su unica y absoluta responsabilidad el uso de tales recursos y/o sistemas de pago por Internet y que ha sido prevenido de que, ni la administracion del Hotel San Jorge, sus empleados y/o propietarios, podran ser procesados por causa de cualquier mal uso de la informacion provista a traves de dicho sistema tales como nombres, direcciones, numeros de telefono, numeros de tarjetas de credito, etc, por parte de entes ajenos a las partes antes mencionadas y acepta hacer uso de dichos recursos bajo su propio riezgo.13) Todo pago sera hecho unica y exclusivamente en
US dolares solamente y ninguna otra moneda sera aceptada.14) Todo pago por correo debera ser hecho en cheque de gerente o giro postal en US Dolares solamente y a nombre del Hotel San Jorge exclusivamente y no a nombre de ningun particular.
15) Al realizar cuelquier tipo de transaccion de reservacion, depositos o pagos, el cliente acepta todos los terminos arriba indicados.
16) Cualquier fraude bancario o de tarjeta de credito sera notificado a las autoridades correspondientes y se le aplicara todo el peso de la ley.
