Reservation Via fax method (Between 8:00 am & 5:00 pm Eastern time preferably)

Step 1

Fax us your the following information to:  

Fax: (787) 727-7177

a) Name (as it appears in the Credit Card)

b) Ammount of guests

c) Expected arrival and departure times and date

d) Phone & Fax Numbers

Then wait for availability pre-confirmation notice. (It does not mean the you have a reservation already, but that the rooms you requested are(or not) available for the dates requested)

Step 2

Once you have received you pre-confirmation notice, fax us the following information:

Fax: (787) 727-7177

a) Name (as it appears in the Credit Card)

b) Phone & fax numbers

c) Address

d) Ammount and number of rooms that appears in the availability pre-confirmation message (example "3 rooms, #105, 103 & 250)

e) Credit Card number & expiration date (For American Express, please, also include the four digit security number near the signature area)

This will confirm us that you accpted our offers.

Now it’s just a matter of expecting the official confirmation fax from us. That should not take more than 24 hour, but it could be the rare case of technical problems or that we did not received your fax, in which case, we reccomend that you call us by phone if you find that more than 48 hours has passed without us sending you the official confirmation to 787-727-1223.
