  Background
 



Greetings from Puerto Rico. I always have work in Puerto Rico but I had visit some U.S. states and other countries. I like the natural environment of my country. Puerto Rico doesn't have dramatic changes in climate around the year. You can enjoy a day at the beach almost any time during the year.


I have been teaching at the University of Puerto Rico at Aguadilla during the past 11 years in the Electronics Programs. About the last 3 years, I have being also working in institutional research.
  Plans
 



Last year I decided to learn more about technology and the Internet to help our students in the learning process. This experience is helping me in other activities related with the academia. After experiencing the Internet I understood more fully the pressing need for schools and universities to integrate technology into classrooms. I plan to consult and help others achieve this goal.
  Other Interesting Things
 

Environmental issues and preservation of historical places are two of my interests.

I am married and have three children with ages 15, 12 and 7. We enjoy outdoors activities such as hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and bicycle riding.
