Computer Programmer/Consultant Department of Finance processing all the Purchase Orders of the Municipality. Helping in the preparation of the Municipal Budget presented to the Hon. Council fiscal year. Employee register and presentation of graphics. Implementation and designs of programs for users to the different departments, programs and activities of the City Hall. Advisor to the Mayor in how and why in the use of applications and equipment suitable for the administration. Help user in troubleshooting when the problems appear in there PC's . Programming in BBx4 for PC's with windows for government software (Purchase Orders, Accounting, Inventory, Property Taxes, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and others where needed. Use Dos 6.22, Windows 3.x, Windows 95, WORDPERFECT 6.0, 6.1, Corel 8 , Microsoft Office 4 and others. Install driver and software for the PC's, hard disks, printers, monitors, motherboards, cd-ROMs, floppies, sound card, configure bios setup and format disks. Use a LAN network and supervise the users.

As EDP manager supervised all personal (6) in the computer center. Responsible for all the flow of data an operations of the systems applications, changes in programming and operations for a better and more efficient software package.

March 1978- Municipality of Ponce Ponce, Puerto Rico Computer Operator Responsible for all operation's, applications, production, and utilities on a IBM System/3 Model-10. Did all the different reports and operations and was already working in programming.
