Horizontal axis is in sample numbers, vertical axis shows pulse numbers, increasing from the bottom. Red vertical graph on the right-hand side of each graph shows maximum intensity of each single pulse. Each vertical graph is also normalized in order to show changes in the intensities of single pulses.
Upper panels show the average profile of the whole data set (black line), and the average profile of the segment of 100 pulses displayed in the lower panel (red line).
