Our pure formula will reduce cost of having to have more than one product when one product will do.   For these various reasons:

2.      You would have the advantage, of having 3 different options that would be available to you from just one product

Instructions for making the three basic products:

To use our one gal pure, we recommend that you start by making the basic wet-SEAL finished product.   Here is the procedure for mixing the 1 (one) gallon wet-SEAL pure formula as different options:

One option is to divide the one gallon pure into two portions, as in half and half, so that you will have two half- gallons.

And you now take this half a gallon of pure and mix it with your regular 50 kilo bag of Portland cement, be it grey or white. Then you dry shovel it a few times on a clean dry floor. You should then store this mixture in containers that will keep the moisture from the air from hardening the Portland cement.

This mixture of the pure wet-SEAL formula, with regular Portland cement is what will from here on be referred to as "the finished product".

And why do you need Portland cement?

The reason why Portland cement is needed is that the cement is what will incorporate wet-SEAL's chemical formula and bond it onto the concrete where it is going to be applied. The Portland cement and the formula are a must in order to have a finished product, for our wet-SEAL finished product will be the only real product that you will need to solve any concrete problems.

Now that you have the wet-SEAL finished product made, there are other products that you can also make from our finished product that may in some cases help you out with other concrete situations.

           Mortar Mix

Now wet-SEAL can become a special mortar mix that can help in solving other types of problems, which might require a mortar mix, and this special mortar can be made from the regular wet-SEAL finished product by just adding fine sand.

Now sand does have certain functions, it is great to use on walls that are made of blocks that are very porous. For example, if you add from 25-50 % of fine grain sand to our finished product, you will get a mixture that will help in filling up the opened pours that exist in cement blocks. Or for filling and leveling out cracks in chipped out concrete.

Water Plug

There is a famous material called WATER Plug that is used for plugging severe (critical) leaks in concrete, such as may occur in water tanks or similar situations, where you will need the finished product to set up faster, as in drying time, as in minutes.  

And here is what you can do to have as a water plugging material: Take a small amount of what you already have as your regular finished product and add just a teaspoon of the pure as dry, to a cup full of your dry finished product, and what this will do is make the regular mixture set up faster or slower by the amount of pure that you add to the regular mixture. But this will set up so fast that you should work only very small quantities.

I have mentioned the above to tell you that in all these cases, you can use our same chemical formula in mixtures containing different proportions of sand or cement that will help you in solving most of the problems that exist in concrete waterproofing

However, if you are not interested in making your own water plugging material right now, then you can use what's left (half gal) of the pure raw material to make more of our regular mixture with your other half gallon. This way you will have an extra 800 sq ft of regular finished product from your one gallon of pure wet-SEAL raw formula, giving you a total of 1600 sq feet from our one gal of our pure formula, as our finished wet-SEAL product.

There is something we recommend to all that are in doubt, for we know that it is easy to say things on paper, or as the phrase goes, paper can hold anything you want to say, so we do recommend that you do your own seeing-is-believing experiment, so you can see how easy it is to work with the finished wet-SEAL product. You will be able to visually observe that it does work to solving that age-old problem, that could be called "cancer in concrete", when it relates to concrete and water. wet-SEAL can cure this cancer in the concrete, and also welcomes the presence of water, in order to correct the filtrations or leaks. Not only does wet-SEAL correct these problems; wet-SEAL can also reactivate itself again if necessary, like in an earthquake.
