Fleet Admiral Rene Rios

Fleet Admiral Rene Rios is, among may other things, an extraordinary man. He was one of the few aliens that lived in the 20th century and beyond. He was part of an investigative team sent to earth to monitor their social and scientifically evolution. He is a Trille. His markings were deleted with a thermal elemental anti pigmentation device. This enable Fleet Admiral Rene Rios, to join and mingle with the people of a much primitive Earth. When he arrived at planet 15987 a.k.a. Earth, he was just a baby in his mother's womb. He was raised by his parent, until a very disconcerting accident involving a car accident. This was one of the most crucial points in the young Fleet Admiral to be. He was then raise, at approximately 100 years old in earth biological standard would be about 12 or 13, in an adoptive family. At the time where the Admiral would be, in Earth biological standard, around 25 years old, he joined a top secret government agency that was determined to monitor ET's. Being himself an ET he was studied and then trained to lead a special "clean up crew" for the ET's that chose to be mingling with the scum of the Earth. This team was composed of the best of the best of the best in all of the factions on the US Navy, US Air Force, US Marines, and last but not ever least US Army. This top secret unit was kept until the World War III, where it changed from dedicated ET hunters, to anything that moved. As this changed continued, the Admiral left the squadron, faking a sudden death and kept to himself for over 40 years. World War III was out of control and then a sanctuary became only possible with the creation of Star Fleet, and Star Fleet Academy. The Admiral, was so militarily trained with all of the arts, and my I add, delicate arts of war. This thrusted him to a new level of Star Fleet units and squadrons. He then became interested in military tactics and History and Moral Philosophy. This lead him to become one of the most experienced military tactisioner in the short history of Star Fleet. The 23rd century was again the time where this Trille re-entered "life". The Admiral, which at that time resign the 21-22 century Star Fleet, was a normal Ensign with old style of working but new ideals of and for life. In the 23rd century he created a new hybrid fighter, a man that would die and kill in a heart beat. This brave men and women were called the Star Fleet Marines, much like the US Navy Seals of the 20th century, the Star Fleet Marines, were the "one squad force". They could destroy any type of compound, complex or anything you wanted destroyed, they would provide. In order to explain the reasons of the Admiral creating this ELITE dimension of Star Fleet we have to see at what this man had gone through in his life in the 20th century. In November 7th, 1997 a movie "STARSHIP TROOPERS" enter the big gray movie screen and changed this man's life. He was influenced by the cultural and mental and social aspects that this movie presented. In STARSHIP TROOPERS it should a new breed of human beings, a human that has gone beyond the sexual and beyond the physical and have gotten to an ERA of peace and equality for all. This is disrupted by an evil race of aliens called "the bugs". In the movie, a phrase as constantly repeated "Would you like to know more?" this would trigger the Admirals life forever. The movie makers used this as a "do you like this..." type of a deal. The movie also showed in the part where Lt. Johnny Rico, feels the death of his lover Dizzy Flores and says: "...that once a man asked him about what differences a citizen and a civilian, in this movie citizens where those who have served in the Federal Service and survived to tell a story, he then proceed on telling us that the difference was that a Citizen would make it it's personal believe and act that the human race would be preserved at all cost even if it meant his or her life." This totally change the Admiral. In the movie certain messages where shouted out and they also touched this man's life. The Admiral still uses this messages on his Marines at present time. "You smash anything that is in your way.... you get me?" and "I only have one rule, EVERYONE FIGHTS NO ONE QUITS... IF YOU DON'T.... I'LL BE THE FIRST ONE TO KILL YOU... DO YOU GET ME?" Another film that influenced this man was Courage Under Fire, The Rock, Crimson Tide, and 4th of July. This movies, although movies, always kept a meaning to this man. His believe on life and on what a man should be, are very clear on every of his men or women that serve under him, and the word here is HIS men or women, they are his, because he is the one that leads them into battle. According to his believes, a man or woman should always keep his or her country save, his or her family on top of a priority list, and his or her race over all. Courage and Bravery should be like Blood and Air to any human. Mental and Spiritual holiness should also be included. "The need of the many, out weight the needs of the few....." this was once said by one on the Enterprise NCC-1707-A crewmember. The Admirals journey will always trek its way to the end of the universe and back.  "You should never get into something, that in 5secs you can't get out"  "Do you apes want to live forever"  "Life is only about love, it will be the strongest and most powerful weapon that a human can have. Love was the one that send his only child to die for us."  "The need of the many outweigh the need of the few"  "The difference lies in the field of civic virtue. A citizen accepts personal responsibility for the safety of the body politic, of which he is a member of, defending it, if need be, with his life. The civilian does not.... Where war is raging... he will be there, to keep it save for future generations... One this is for certain... he will keep fighting and he, with the Star Fleet Marines, will WIN
