Asociación de Notarios de Puerto Rico. (Puerto Rico Notary Association). This portal provides information about some aspects that affect the notarial practice in Puerto Rico: legislation, guidelines, forms, income tax returns, continuing education activities, land registry directory, the functions of a notary in Puerto Rico and their service charges. Cámara de Representantes de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico House of Representatives).  Its site contains text of legislation, administrative orders, House rules, information about representatives, commissions and legislative session calendar.  Through its Trámite legislativo is possible look for legislative bills by type or number of the bill, date of introduction (since January 2005 to present), author or phrase within the title.  Website:  http://www.camaraderepresentantes.org/.

Colegio de Abogados de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico Bar Association). This website includes rules, regulations, a directory of lawyers in Puerto Rico, and useful information for the law practitioner in Puerto Rico. Website: http://www.capr.org/

Comisión Conjunta Permanente para la Revisión y Reforma del Código Civil de Puerto Rico (Joint Permanent Commission for the Revision of the Puerto Rican Civil Code).  The Commission’s proposals on the books on the Civil Code of Puerto Rico, public hearing exposures, and links to pages with information on civil law. Departamento de Estado (State Department). Provides information on certifications, laws, regulations, executive orders, examination boards, corporations, trademarks, brand names, intellectual property, advising foreign citizens, etc.  For available English translations of laws and regulations call (787)722-2121 and ask for the laws and regulations departments respectively. Oficina de Servicios Legislativos (Legislative Service Office).  Contains the text of the Laws of Puerto Rico in Spanish and English.  Through its service S.I.T.L. it is possible to track the legislative process of the chosen bill including its text, events, reports and text of the bill once it is approved.  Through its service Prontuario de legislación you obtain information about the laws, codes, reorganization plans and rules recently approved, revoked and amended.  Its service OpinaPR.com offers the public an opportunity to express itself about the bills presented recently.  Website: http://www.oslpr.org/.

 Portal del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico Commonwealth Website) The website contains a directory of the municipalities and agencies of the government of Puerto Rico with telephones, addresses, organic laws and links to forms and online services. It offers information about the branches of the Puerto Rican government, links to agencies and courts in the United States, news and information about economics and investments in Puerto Rico, etc.  Website: http://www.gobierno.pr.

Rama Judicial de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico Judicial Branch). Includes the Supreme Court’s opinions, information and orientation on the Judicial Branch’s services. Among them, alimony, examination of court files, program for self-represented litigants, alternative dispute resolution program, cases status in local courts, institutions that offer free legal services, etc.  The site also includes the Puerto Rican constitution, laws and regulations related to the Judicial Branch, and a directory with the contact information of the courts and other offices belonging to the Branch.   Website: http://www.tribunalpr.org.

Senado de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico Senate).  The site includes a directory of senators with their phone numbers and legislative productivity, an explanation of the duties of each of the different commissions, texts of legislative bills and administrative orders, a public hearings calendar, Senate acts, and press releases. United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico.  Includes general and administrative orders, the judge's calendar, local rules, forms, news and notices, instructions on how to present documents and how to obtain information on cases, general information about the bankruptcy process, and court operations. Website: http://www.prb.uscourts.gov.

United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.  This site includes general information about the Courts’s services, jury service, guide for self-represented litigants, rules of appellative procedure, federal legislation on judicial procedures, forms, requirements for bar admission, instructions for electronic filings and instructions for access to PACER service that provides information of United States district, bankruptcy and appellate court records.
