What means equal employee opportunity?

That any person has the right to apply and considered for a job based on their ability to work. And that is illegal to treat this person differently because  of their color, race, religion, sex, national origin, age, physically or mentally handicap or believes or political affiliation  after this person is employed.

 

The Law covers?

The WIA prohibits that any person can not be excluded to participate, denied benefits, be submitted to discrimination or be denied any job in the administration or any other organization or program that is assisted financially by WIA because of color, race, religion, sex, national origin, age, physically or mentally handicap or believes or their political affiliation.

 

The Law applies to?

The law applies to any that ask for services under Title I of The Workforce Investment Act.
