The apartment rents for $100 per night with a

2-night minimum.  Rent for 6 nights and get the 7^th night free.  Long term (one year or more) rental is possible.

Sandy Beach, one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico, is a block away. Surfing at Sandy Beach is renown, and you may also snorkel and scuba dive from local beaches or take a boat to Desecheo Island for world-class diving and snorkeling.

The first floor apartment faces the ocean and boasts a large covered patio (14' x 40') which

is accessible directly from the living room

and is equipped with a dining table and chairs,

bar-b-que and hammock.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a custom-built closet.  The kitchen/dining area has natural/solid cedar cabinets, and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stove top, microwave, dining table and chairs.  The living room area has a sofa, coffee table, and end table with lamp.  Also included is an entertainment center which has a television with basic DirecTV television, and a VCR
